Concussion Awareness

This course can be taken at the CDC Website: http://www.cdc.gov/concussion/HeadsUp/online_training.html or at the AYSO Online training site at: http://www.aysotraining.org/.

If you use the AYSO link, you will need to know your AYSO ID number. If you use the CDC Website, a copy of your certificate of completion will need to be forwarded to the AYSO Safe Haven Department.
